The fans of Michigan have no reason to not be happy.. They are looking like the best state of sports currently. The Detroit Lions are undefeated at 3-0. Yes, I did say 3 and 0 this time. Not 0-3! The Detroit Tigers are the top team in their division and the playoffs are underway and they look like a world series team. And now the Michigan Wolverines football team are also undefeated at 5-0. This is my first time cheering for both of my favorite footballs teams with both of them being undefeated a few weeks into the season. Let's hope these results keep up and the smile on my face will also stay on.
Michigan is starting to look like the Wolverines from a few years ago. In order for us to be a threat in the upcoming games they are going to have to keep playing with that force they have shown thus far. Denard Robinson overcame the struggles in his decision making and is starting to look like the best quarterback in NCAA football. Our defense played like a wall and did not let anything get by them tonight. When a defense holds the other team to 0 points at the end of the day there cannot be any complaining.
The offense looked like they should be the number 1 team in the nation. Vincent Smith played with a new goal, to be the new Heisman trophy winner at quarterback, wide receiver, oh and running back. Vincent Smith caught one touchdown, threw for a touchdown, and also ran for a touchdown all in one game this afternoon against Minnesota. Our offense completely embarrassed the Minnesota defense. I do not like to say this because my teammate from high school football is the corner-back of their defense but Go Blue!
